Bollinger Special Cuvee Non Vintage Magnum Champagne 150 cl
Bollinger Special Cuvee Non Vintage Magnum Champagne 150 cl

A golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties ; very fine bubbles.
The nose is aromatic and complex with ripe fruit and spicy aromas. Roasted apples, apple compote and peaches burst on the palate. Brioche and notes of fresh walnut linger on the lasting finish. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity.
A great aperitif but also brilliant with, sushi and sashimi, prawn, crayfish and grilled lobster. Poultry and white meat are also a great meatch along with Parmesan cheese and good cured ham.

Dom Perignon Vintage Rose 2003 Champagne, 75 cl
Dom Perignon Vintage Rose 2003 Champagne, 75 cl

The nose incites a burst of richness and complexity. Ripe fruit at first, then fig and strawberry as the wine breathes and grows, revealing guava, violet and vanilla.
The palate is concentrated and remarkably well-defined. The fullness is structured, rich. The silky, spicy material very gradually disappears into a mineral, iodine, salty finish.
The colour is deep, with light ambers and copper tints.

Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Jeroboam Non Vintage Champagne 3 Litre
Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Jeroboam Non Vintage Champagne 3 Litre

Moet Imperial Brut is a harmonious blend of the most diverse selection of crus in Champagne, with a perfect balance of the three champagne grape varieties (30% to 40% Pinot Noir, 30% to 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% to 30% Chardonnay). The use of 20% to 30% of carefully selected reserve wines completes the assemblage and enhances its maturity, complexity and consistency.
Its aromas reveal a bright fruitiness – apple, pear, white peach and citrus fruits (lemon) – with floral nuances (lime blossom) and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts).
Moet Imperial Brut can be served as a prelude to dinner and all the way through to dessert. It is perfect with sushi and dumplings, shellfish and fish in light sauces, poached, roasted, or lightly sauced white meats, and fresh fruit salads that are not too sweet.
